Motivated seller! Defining the word POTENTIAL, this mid-century ranch home is situated on 2.8 beautiful acres less than 10 minutes from both Windham and Hunter mountain ski resorts. A great floor plan makes effective use of every square foot for a comfortable living space, including a separate dining area, large living room and two comfortably sized bedrooms. Details like hardwood parquet floors, plaster crown moldings and arches add to the period charm. A large picture window frames beautiful seasonal views (with potential for year-round with clearing.) Outside, sturdy concrete block construction with a stucco exterior needs little maintenance, and the concrete patio has plenty of room for outdoor dining. Surrounding the home are expansive, level lawns, woods and a small stream. The detached, generous two car garage has plenty of room for all your gear and the ride-on mower included with sale. In the same family for generations of summer enjoyment, this charming property is just waiting for it's next chapter - will you write it?
